Megan provides mental health care for women and families, including men and adolescents, age 16 and up across the reproductive lifespan, including before, during, and after puberty/ menses, fertility and infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, parenthood, adulthood, life transitions, and menopause/andropause. She also provides perinatal loss and grief support and lactation and breastfeeding education. Common mental health struggles include new onset or exacerbation of anxiety, panic, depression, mood disorders, PMDD, insomnia, ADD/ADHD, OCD, personality disorders, PTSD, eating disorders, and more. Megan incorporates an integrative treatment approach, including lifestyle modifications, medication, and/or counseling when appropriate.

Megan also provides direct primary care for women age 18 and up, 24/7 increased access to personalized, quality women’s care to improve health outcomes and lower overall costs, longer appointment times, wellness visits, acute and chronic disease management, referrals, and collaboration of care with specialists.
